How we hire

  1. A conversation30 minutes with the hiring manager. No screening call with a recruiter who cannot answer your questions.
  2. A paid work sampleFour hours, scoped to the actual job, paid at contractor rate. We do not do whiteboard algorithms.
  3. Meet the teamTwo or three people you would work with. They can say no, and sometimes do.
  4. OfferWithin two business days of the last conversation, with the number and the equity written down.
