Referral terms, in plain words
How many people can I refer?
There is no cap on referrals or on what you can earn. A handful of customers have earned four figures this way. If you are referring at real volume — a community group, a diaspora association, a church — email partners@payvio.com and we will set up something better than the standard programme.
When exactly do I get paid?
Within 24 hours of your friend’s first qualifying transfer being delivered — not when they sign up, and not when they start a transfer. We wait for delivery because that is when we know the transfer was real.
What counts as qualifying?
A first transfer of $100 or more that is delivered successfully. Cancelled or returned transfers do not qualify. One reward per new customer, and the new customer must be a genuinely new account — not a second account for someone already with us.
Can I refer someone outside the US?
The person you refer needs to be sending from the US, since that is where we are licensed. They can be anywhere in the US, and they can send to any country we support.
