    A partner bank is running scheduled maintenance. Transfers are being accepted and are safe; some are taking up to 45 minutes instead of the usual five. Mobile money payouts to Nigeria are unaffected. Next update by 11:00 PT.

    Card top-ups failing for some Chase cards

    Chase applied a fraud rule that blocked a portion of our card top-ups for about two hours. Resolved with their risk team. No customer funds were affected; failed attempts were never charged.
